It’s wonderful to welcome Sweetgirl to the roundup of Wicked Wednesday for the very first time. Sweet has taken a break from blogging for some months, but I am delighted to say she’s back! She writes about her D/s relationship with her husband, MrH and about her health. You can read that on her blog, and follow her on Twitter.

Top 3 for week 503 by Sweetgirl

It’s never easy trying to pick 3 posts to highlight, and this week was no different. Rather than resort to putting names in a hat, I took little notes after I read each post and made notes on how they made me feel about singing or music.

Here are my 3 picks.

Row your Boat – Life of a Kinky Wife
What can I say about this delightful tale, other than I’ll never hear this song without thinking about it again?! The writing drew me along with the story and the way the sing along was used was very imaginative. I really enjoyed reading it.

The Strangest, Sexiest Idiosyncracies – Singing Along – Steeled Snake
What drew me to this piece of writing was how it shows the attention payed to her, that he knows she only does this when she is in a specific head space. It’s a rare thing to know someone so intimately, and I love how Steeled Snake described it.

A song is nice but a dance is better – Submissy
This piece spoke to me on a personal level because I understand that feeling Submissy describes. I miss dancing and the total physical release and freedom it can bring. I did try to sing along when I danced through, and hope one day she may find that personal courage to let those walls down and be truly free.

Prompt

Map reading… you know, where you have to navigate using a map. Have you ever done that? Navigated your way from one place to the other using a proper paper map, not anything online? Tell us your stories!

When you write and link your post, consider linking it to other memes too. You can find current prompts and memes on the Blogable calendar.

As always, you are welcome to link any stories or posts that don’t follow the prompt!
