I absolutely love it when the “Steels” do the roundup for Wicked Wednesday. I always ask Charmer, and I always know they work together. This is the fourth time they have worked together like this. Quick question: did you know they host their own meme-kind linkup every month? It’s called the Snake Den A to Z and you can always find the latest prompt on the Blogable calendar (link further on in this post). But, besides hosting this, they write wonderful posts, from fiction to real life stuff. Go read them, and follow both Steeled Charmer and Steeled Snake on Twitter.
Top 3 for week 469 by Steeled Snake & Charmer
We are always excited to do the top 3 for Wicked Wednesday. Marie always knows that it will be a collaboration between myself and Snake. He helps me narrow down my options, which are always too many because there are so many wonderful posts. Self-care is so important and I loved all of the different ideas from people. Our top 3 are:
Time Off by May More
I loved that she went the direction of fiction for this prompt. The story was engaging and just a bit ghostly. The message was clear, but in a really fun way. Loved this.
Motorbikin by Mr E and lilly
This one was perfect because Snake has a new motorcycle and we have plans to do exactly this. I loved the connection that they feel and that they are making time for things that really connect them. It’s so hard to fit that in sometimes with busy lives.
A Sign of Weakness by Marie A. Rebelle
Between the quote at the top and the desire to hide, this post could have been written by me. I so related to this: So, I push my own feelings aside, answer people’s questions, say thank you, etc. while inside I scream: please, for now, just let me be. Yes, exactly! Even if I know it isn’t the healthiest way, it is my way.
I had to add a 4th because it has such wonderful questions and ideas. A self care focus for your D/s relationship by Missy just really hit on so many good aspects of D/s and self-care. I feel like the questions are so applicable no matter what your dynamic or “couple status.”
A peepshow can either be a movie you can watch when you drop a coin in a box, or that movie can be live entertainment. Have you ever seen a peepshow? Where? When? Why? With whom? Share your experience, or share your fantasies about watching a peepshow, or maybe even being part of it! Make it hot!
When you write and link your post, consider linking it to other memes too. You can find current prompts and memes on the Blogable calendar.
As always, you are welcome to link any stories or posts that don’t follow the prompt!
