Today would have been the first day of Eroticon, but due to circumstances surrounding the corona virus, the organization has rightfully decided to cancel the event for the safety of everyone. We still traveled to London, because otherwise we would’ve lost just too much money, and we were so set on just being here this weekend. Of course the weekend now has a totally different feel and purpose, but we still get to hook up with nice people AND have some time away from home. So picture me, in lobby of the Holiday Inn, laptop on my lap, doing the top 3 for Wicked Wednesday, as well as some other writing…

Fuck You And The Pizza You Rode In On by Kate
This post shocked me to the core. I was in bed when I read it, cozy and warm and safe, and I couldn’t even begin to understand just what Kate has gone through, and still is going through with being stalked like this. This is chilly and scary and just so wrong on too many levels. I hope they find who have been doing this to Kate, and punish them the way they definitely deserve. No one should ever do this to another human being!
The Tenant – 1941 by Brigit Delaney
This was definitely the longest post this week, but there was just no way I could stop reading when Brigit started building the world around her characters. I love the time setting of this, the characters, and the fact that this is all about sex, and then it isn’t. It’sexy and beautiful and if you haven’t read it yet, you should.
The Difficulty Curve by Purple’s Gem
Where this post starts with a stunning image of Gem, it’s the content of the post that drew me in, the way PurpleSole talks about their family growing up, and how they have to adjust to their children getting bigger and more aware of things happening around them. I love reading about this young family, and how they make their sex and kink work for them with the increased awareness of their kids.
A dictionary definition of ‘perseverance’:
Perseverance is not giving up. It is persistence and tenacity, the effort required to do something and keep doing it till the end, even if it’s hard. Perseverance originally comes from the Latin perseverantia and means to abide by something strictly.
