Prompt #406: Curves

It’s wonderful to welcome Julie back to the roundup for Wicked Wednesday for the third time. She also did the roundup for week 260 (read it here) and for week 319 (read it here). Jullie blogs about her life on her blog, and has recently started a new blog where she not only keeps track of her own health, but also has started a new meme called, For the Health of it. Make sure you get involved. You can also follow Julie on Twitter.

Top 3 for week 405 by Julie

Believe by Aletha Hunt
This is Aletha’s first post in a long time and it really is a great one. I love the fact that it is in two parts. In the first she talks about how difficult it is to take on board the things you know about yourself. Acknowledging that you are good at your job for example. But also recognising that even when you don’t have the time or inclination to write, you are still using those skills in life. Then in the second part of the post a beautiful, sexy story. Two for one as it were!

Quality Testing by Zebra Rose
Content notice – Hints of non-consent and medical play etc.
Wow! Our subject finds themselves testing (for scientific purposes) a total body sex suit. What’s not clear is how much this suit represents a virtual reality and how much just plain reality. In fact, I’d imagine from Rosie’s fabulous story, a subject would need to go back a second time.

Impact and Intentions by Molly’s Daily Kiss
There have been a number of posts this week about the impact that may result from the actions of others and the consequences that may then follow. Molly’s post spoke to me on so many levels including my own personal experiences. But I am choosing this post because of her descriptions of the deep thinking she has had to begin to understand her own situation. Sometimes, no matter how much we want to believe otherwise we are forever affected by the actions of others. Whether or not they meant to cause hurt or not. I think this post gives us all food for thought.

Prompt

Mae West said:

I didn’t discover curves; I only uncovered them.

Bodies are beautiful, and none of them are the same. We all have our curves, some more than other. We love them, we hate them, we accept them, we show them off… our bodies, and our curves. Come share your posts about your curves, or that of someone else.

As always you are welcome to link stories that don’t follow the prompt!

The roundup for this week’s prompt will be done by Marie Rebelle.
