For the second time I welcome beautiful and talented Missy to the roundup of Wicked Wednesday. I threw a very difficult subject her way, and I am grateful that she was still willing to do the roundup. Previously Missy has also done the roundup for week 360 (read it here). Missy is a very talented photographer, and every time she has published a new image, I rush over to her blog to see. You should too!

“Like a frog slow boiled” by Eye
Please not the content warning at the top of this post.
This week there has been some really personal and often difficulty stories told on the topic of codependency/Inter-Dependency. In this post Eye talks about what has triggered her reactions recently and some of her past experiences, but also how she has made the moves forward. Although difficult to hear about, she writes in such a clear way it has really helped my understanding of her feelings and situation now.
Sit, Stay, Good Dog by Kristan X
I was really intrigued with this piece about Pet Play. When I read a story (or a part of a longer piece) and I can’t decide if I hate what is happening to the characters or find it a massive turn on – Well that’s what this post did to me.
Please come back by Patricia Ray
I’m new to Patricia’s writing but I loved the keen observation and emotional intelligence in this story. The whole tone of the piece made me want to read it again or read more about the characters. Well done.
Don’t stop believin’, the song by Journey, is a favorite for many, and has been a red thread through the Glee series (for those who remember them) and in 70(!) movies and has been covered by many artists. But, today’s prompt is not about the song (even though you are more than welcome to write about it), but about the title… Don’t stop believing.
What do you believe in? What is that thing you hold on to, the thing that keeps you going? How do you keep on believing in yourself? Who believes in you, and who do you believe in? Share your thoughts and stories, and come link your posts.
As always you are welcome to link stories that don’t follow the prompt!
The roundup for this week’s prompt will be done by Julie.
- The rules for this meme can be found here and you can download the Wicked Wednesday badge on the same page.
- Don’t forget to add the Wicked Wednesday button to your post, post on your blog and come back here to link your post. You have from the moment the prompt appears until Thursday 3.00 pm CET (Amsterdam time – see countdown in sidebar) to link your post below.
- Please note that it is not compulsory to follow the weekly prompt. It is only here for inspiration when you need it!
