Top 3

You all make me so happy, do you know that? Last week I had a LOT to read and that put a huge smile on my face. Twenty-eight links. Yes, 28 links for last week’s questions prompt.

I have a question for you: do you like one-word prompts or do you occasionally want a picture prompt, a song as a prompt or maybe a sentence to start a story with?

Let me know…

My top 3 for last week’s prompt is:

Asking all the Questions by The Other Livvy
When I read this post of Livvy, I thought about my own situation, like I think so many of you must have thought about yours when reading this. Would you want your doctor to have the full picture, to know everything about you so he could give you the best possible treatment? I sure know I would!

How Do I Love Thee: On Comparing Relationships by Malin James
Haven’t we all played this game or sometimes asked this question: who do you love best? This post of Malin addresses this issue and she has written the words I could never find. My comment was: “I don’t believe we should quantify love, as there are so many ways to love people.”

  1. Yay! My computer is finally cooperating! …. To answer your question, “Do you like one-word prompts or do you occasionally want a picture prompt, a song as a prompt or maybe a sentence to start a story with?” …..All of the above! Thanks for all you do, Rebel!

  2. I like writing for prompts but usually don’t have the opportunity. It’s a great writing exercise whenever one catches my attention so it doesn’t make much difference what form the prompt takes. Some of my favorites have been when you’ve had guest prompts, they just seem to bring out interesting responses.
