Last week’s prompt was set by Molly of Molly’s Daily Kiss and her post told us all about her fascination for graveyards. She was not the only one sharing their thoughts with us, but other people chose to write stories where characters just happened to be around the dead.

I made a shortlist of posts for my top 3 and then ended up with 7 posts to choose from. Not an easy task, just as it had not been an easy task in the last weeks.

Before I give you the top 3, just a side note:
You might notice that the site is a bit of a mess. The reason for this is that my sites were moved from one host to another. Seven months ago I moved away from my Dutch host because they had limited bandwidth and I constantly ran over it. They were quite lenient about this, but I knew the time would come when they would have to invoice me for the extra bandwidth. After looking around for weeks, possibly even two or three months, I decided on a host in the US. Now, less than 7 months after I moved there, I have moved back to my Dutch host. At first the plan was to move to a different US host, bu then I discovered that the Dutch host now has unlimited bandwidth. Since I had always been very happy with their service and the stability of my site, I decided to move back. Unfortunately some things got damaged in the move and in the next weeks I will be repairing all posts and pages so my sites look perfect again.

Okay, and then it’s on to my top 3 of this week:

Sepulcher by Sir Jaerls
The very first time I read this I involuntarily pushed my legs together. This is so dark, so erotic. I read it a second time and when I pushed my legs together again, a delicious shiver ran through my body.

Up, Up and Away! By Stranded in Toronto
This is part 3 of an ongoing series, Miss Direction, and labeled by Stranded as a humor series. Humor it is, especially since the mom of one of the superheroes in this series is involved. What I absolutely admire in Stranded is the way he presents a character, their emotions, their quirks, their likes and dislikes.

Blood Lust by Oleander Plume
This piece of m/m erotica by Oleander is beautifully written, dark and sexy. Not only villains but vampires are part of her story too. And sex. I’m not saying anything else – just go read it. You won’t regret it!

Then, finally it’s time for this week’s prompt:

Leadership has been described as “a process of social influence in which a person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task”. For example, some understand a leader simply as somebody whom people follow, or as somebody who guides or directs others, while others define leadership as “organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal”.

Leadership is inspiring others to pursue your vision within the parameters you set, to the extent that it becomes a shared effort, a shared vision, and a shared success. Steve Zeitchik, CEO of Focal Point Strategies

Those are two definitions of leadership, but I have also read somewhere that leadership means different things in different situations. I would love to hear what leadership means to you.
